Schmidt Family Reunion

Looking for Volunteers at the Reunion

 

We are not expecting anyone to tackle the chores on their own; as there will be plenty of people around to recruit for help. What we need are volunteers to  be the GO-TO PERSON for these tasks. • Set up Folding tables and chairs in the Pavilion –

  • volunteers Gwen and Dwight Schmidt

• Prep for lunch.  Organize the plates, napkins, food etc. so that it flows well when people go through the line. –

  • volunteer  LaLonnie Bunn Scallon

• Clean up and assure that food that needs refrigeration is properly put away after the meal.

  •  

• Any Shutterbugs???   Need someone to take a family photo of each family as they register.

  • volunteers  Cody and Vianne Otterson

• Snapshots???   Someone with a camera willing to take snapshots of activities as they are happening throughout the day.  (We will count on people sharing there camera phone shots with us on Facebook too.)

• Take down the tables and chairs towards the end of the day.  (We will encourage people to fold up their own chairs as they leave for the day to make this a smaller task.)

  •
